1) I want to renovate my house. What renovation services do you provide?
Answer: We provide cement, plumbing & wiring, furniture, aluminium products, and almost all renovation services. This allows customers to save time in order to find the most ideal contractor.

2) Is there any additional charge for on-site visits?
Answer: No, we provide free on-site evaluation.

3) I don't have any knowledge about renovation, and I don't know how to arrange it. Are you able to provide professional advice?
Answer: Yes, we will provide professional advice to help reduce your burden.

4) Are your workers foreign workers or locals?
Answer: Both. All of them are experienced and expertise in manual works.

5) Can the renovation cost be paid in instalments?
Answer: Our payment term is determined by the type of project, which will be indicated on the contract.

6) Are the materials you use of good quality?
Answer: All materials are qualified and comply to Malaysia’s standards.

7) Can I go to any store and buy tiles for you to lay?
Answer: Yes, all the 'selective' items, such as tiles, light bulbs, dishpans, any household appliances, etc., can be prepared by customers. We will do the installation.

8) Will there be after-sale service after the renovation? (Warranty)
Answer: Yes, all renovation projects are guaranteed with warranty (based on the project). In case of any error made by us, we will take full responsibility.

9) I wish to renovate my house located in Kuala Lumpur. May I request a quotation?
Answer: Sorry, we can't. Currently our service scope only focuses on Johor.

10) Will you provide electricity if the home I plan to renovate does not have it? (Basic electricity usage for renovation project)
Answer: If there is a necessary to use generators or fuel, we will charge additional fees based on project levels.

11) Will you provide water supply if the home I plan to renovate does not have it? (Basic water usage for renovation project)
Answer: We can provide the water supply. If the usage amount reaches a certain level, we will charge additional fees.

12) Where is your company located? Is there a factory?
Answer: Our company's furniture aluminum factory is located at 26 miles in Kulai, and the warehouse is in Kulai. (Please check the website for the address)

13) A management deposit is required before renovation in order to ensure that your renovation takes care of the environment and cleanliness. Who should pay the management deposit?
Answer: Any management costs should be borne by the owner. What we can ensure is to protect the environment of renovation and follow the management instructions at all times. In case of any mistake made by us, we will take full responsibility.
